Kshitij is currently working as Senior Strategy Manager at Schneider Electric India, reporting to the India Management Team for insights on market and macroeconomics landscape. Prior to this, he was Strategy Advisor and Partnerships Lead at Strategy in Action (SiA)- a UK based consulting firm that offers holistic solutions for companies seeking to develop, execute and communicate winning strategies.Before joining SiA, he served as the Head of Steel Rolls Business for South Asia, Middle East, and African Markets at Hitachi Metals India. During his tenure, he led a $25 million business over a span of 4 years, overseeing strategy, sales and marketing efforts. He also engaged in direct consultative negotiations with major steel manufacturers worldwide, resulting in the establishment of Long-Term Agreements with multinational steel manufacturers spread across eight countries, including the UK, Netherlands, Germany, Japan, Bahrain, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi.His journey in business extends beyond the corporate realm. During his time as an undergrad student in engineering college, he founded a hyperlocal medicine delivery and services platform, thus providing him with an invaluable experience in managing diverse teams and nurturing a company from its inception. Serving over 50,000 customers through his start-up, he gained multifaceted insights into various domains of business operations.
