Those three principles are as follows:Consistency: It is one of the three chief features that you have to go for to become a fit person. If you are uniform and consistent throughout your fitness journey then success is almost here. I was very much consistent in my routine during this weight loss fitness program. If you are doing exercise be regular and steady, you cannot be dishonest and skip your program for even a day. If you are going for a diet program, uniformity is also compulsory here. Without consistency, you won’t be able to achieve any of your goals.Dedication: My dedication to become fit from fat was another considerable principle. Your devotion to achieve your goal should be very immense. Commitment and enthusiasm to yourself to gain any targeted goal is a way towards success. I was dedicated throughout my journey and cheered myself during my journey. Never let yourself down and always stay dedicated and faithful to your goal.Motivation: The third most substantial principle was the motivation which kept me inspired. Your motivation can be anyone whom you are following. Keep a motivation in your mind who is your inspiration as well. Create short-term and long-term goals for yourself. This will increase your impetus to achieve more and more when your goals will be fulfilled. You will get encouragement when you will see improvement in yourself and this will create more incentive in you to reach your defined goal as soon as possible.
