• Experience in handling offshore QA team.• Experience in requirement analysis, client coordination, implementation and managing teams and UAT• Proven abilities in conducting Testing Proposals, Test Environment Setup, Test Planning and Verification, Test Metrics Analysis, Execution of the Test Cases as well as maintenance & review to ensure that applications developed are compliant with pre-set technical specifications.• Expert in Black Box testing mainly type of Web based applications.• Experience in Functional Testing, GUI testing, User Interface/Experience Testing, Compatibility Testing.• Experience in estimation of testing effort. • Experience in Generating Reports using Defect Tracking Tools like Bugzilla, JIRA.• Experience in analyzing simple as well as complex business requirements in detail.• Knowledge of CMMI process and maintaining the standards.• Good analytical and communication skills and ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
