Machine learning and image processing Algorithms were used to extract Region of Interest and remove glared regions in Colposcopic images. A novel method was implemented to detect Epithelial Region. Algorithm to detect uptake region in Lugol's Iodine image was developed. The technique also differentiated between 3% and 5% Lugol's Iodine image with a very high precision.

Project 1 under Prof. Somnath Sengupta, E & ECE dept., IIT KGP, I used Delaunay triangulation and greedy algorithms to generate surface from point cloud data present in different formats. Used image processing techniques to reconstruct surfaces from occluded data on visual studio (using openCV) and MATLAB platforms.

Under Prof. Lucia Reining at the "Irradiated Solids Laboratory (LSI)", Ecole Polytechnique, Paris as a summer intern during May-July 2012, I obtained the Band Gap and Band Structure of SiC by optimizing various parameters of the molecule via simulation on ABINIT. We also calculated and plotted the Electron Energy Loss (EELS) and the Macro Dielectric Function (MDF) by writing codes on software named dp (Dielectric Properties).

Under the guidance of Prof. S.K Nandy, CADL-SERC at Indian Institute of Science (IISC) Bangalore during June-July 2011. In the project, I synthesized, implemented and floor planned the hardware tiles of a proposed platform for video decoding applications, efficiently (called unified software and hardware architecture (USHA)).The Power and Performance of the system was optimized using Plan Ahead and Xilinx software packages.
