Engaged by a large pharma's corporate IT to lead and architect their modernization program for scientific research computational platform (High Performance Computing). Program involved designing infrastructure framework to migrate applications to cloud, link scientific devices to cloud, design cloud storage solutions. Solution developed provided exceptional performance and cost benefit as compared to solutions running on-remises.

As a CTO Kshitij developed very successful Analytics and Cloud services areas that allowed the firm to gain highest level of partnership status with Oracle and AWS and establish the ranks of ‘goto’ partner in respective service areas. This contributed significantly to successful acquisition of the firm by a leading private equity firm.This function was responsible for evaluating and driving innovation across technologies (BI, SOA, Database, ERP, Cloud, etc.) which are aligned with the company’s overall business strategy. Prior to assuming this role, Kshitij founded the Business Intelligence Practice at Apps Associates in 2007.

As a founder of BI Business unit, and in his role as Vice President of Business Intelligence Business Unit, Apps Associates was awarded the BI Pillar Partner status from Oracle and thus making Apps Associates, as number one goto Implementation partner for Oracle in the North East. Kshitij was leading a global team of 60 OBI architects, developers, project managers. With Kshitij’s ERP/Data Warehousing background, Apps Associates successfully implemented more than two dozen OBI projects for companies ranging in revenue from few hundred million to a few billions. Under his leadership Apps Associates took the role as implementation partner for Oracle Business Intelligence Applications (OBI Apps) on top of E Business Suite for Finance, HR, Supply Chain and Order Management, Procurement and Spend. Kshitij was the first to implement OBI Applications for Human Resources on E Business Suite in North America. Several product enhancements were suggested and developed by his team, that are now integrated into Oracle’s latest version of the product.

Part of the project team that was first in the world to map the entire country (one of the country in middle east) on GIS maps and made all the data available online. Used ESRI, Microsoft and Oracle technologies.
