Previously, I excelled in operational delivery in banking and telecom sectors, achieving remarkable results including nurturing client relationships, launching new service offerings, generating revenue pipeline, boosting operating margins, and maintaining high revenue productivity and customer satisfaction.

I served as the Head of Billing and Revenue Assurance, spearheading business transformation initiatives. I served as Delivery Lead - with primary focus on Partner/Supplier Engagement and Revenue Enhancement. Work on legacy issues with the Partners / Suppliers to resolve issues and reduce overdue receivables.

As the National Collection Manager for Mobility LOB, I specialized in debt recovery, standardization, scalability, payables and receivables management, cost reduction, customer experience enhancement, and new product/service support. Key achievements include significantly improving cash flow, improving receivables, while keeping doubtful debts and operating costs. I also led the unification of various entities under the 'Airtel' brand and successfully launched operations in multiple new telecom circles.

I excelled as the Assistant Manager for Risk and Credit in Gujarat, where I established and launched Risk and Credit operations for the Gujarat telecom circle. I also played a pivotal role in expanding operations to telecom circles in Punjab, Mumbai, and Madhya Pradesh.

I served as the Head of Branch Operations, overseeing service helplines, cash authorizations, vendor agencies, training, audit, and associate relationships. My career began as an Underwriter, where I specialized in credit appraisal and processing bank card applications.
