Hey there! My name is Kelly! I am a graduate of The University of Toledo with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science, Pre-Physical Therapy. In addition, I graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant Program at Owens Community College, with a degree in Associates of Applied Science for Physical Therapist Assistant. At this time, I have grown as an individual, taking chances and going outside of my comfort zone. For example, while at Owens, I took on a leadership role as President of my cohort which took courage and confidence. More importantly I have grown as a student physical therapist assistant. I have completed three clinical rotations during my time at Owens. My first clinical rotation was in the outpatient setting whereas my second was in the acute care setting. The setting of my third clinical was also outpatient with sports medicine. Each clinical rotation has provided me with the opportunity to learn different aspects of the physical therapy profession.I am eager to become a licensed physical therapist assistant to bring the many skills I have to offer to this profession such as:- Flexibility/Ability to adapt- Leadership- Hard working- Punctuality- Organization- Teamwork- Strong Communication
