Currently practicing EU law and competition law with Kyriakides Georgopoulos (KG) Law Firm. Holding a teaching fellowship at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (offering lectures on competition law in the pharmaceutical sector), and a lecturer position at the European Law and Governance School (teaching Competition Law).Prior to joining the antitrust and competition law practice group of KG Law Firm, I was practicing competition law with leading law firms in Brussels and in Greece and I have also worked at the Competition Team of the European Commission’s Legal Service.I have taught EU law and competition law at the University of Oxford for several years, and delivered numerous guest lectures at institutions, such as the University of Stockholm, the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, and the University of Macedonia. I have published papers in journals and edited volumes in the field of EU competition law, and organised various academic events on the most topical EU law topics.I hold a 4-year degree in Law from the University of Athens (2013, Distinction) and two master’s degrees from the University of Oxford (MJur in 2014 and MPhil in Law in 2015). I was awarded a PhD from the University of Oxford in June 2020. During my doctorate, I was working under the supervision of Professor Stephen Weatherill (Jacques Delors Professor of European Law), and was a scholar of both the Onassis Foundation and the Foundation for Education and European Culture.
