Kiril has financial education but has a strong interest in engineering and technology.He started working in the real estate sector in 2006 and has taken many different roles. He wasinvolved in the creation of the first and only Bulgarian magazine for Facility Management - FacilitiesMagazine in 2007, where he was the lead editor. He was actively involved in the establishment of theBulgarian Facility Management Association (BGFMA), with several terms as a board member. Heparticipated in an expert board for the translation and adoption of the European Standards for Facility Management by the Bulgarian Institute for Standardization (BIS).He has worked as a property manager for an Austrian institutional property investor CA Immo. He was the General manager of the Bulgarian branch of Key Facilities Management (the oldest facilitiesmanagement company in the UK). For KeyFM he worked on an international project to unify thefacilities management for one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies, where he wasresponsible for 9 countries on two continentsHe was Managing Director of Geo Facilities, part of the Geotechmin group, one of the largest employers in the country, where he was responsible for the maintenance of the group's properties.He joined DXC in 2018 and is involved in real estate for the company since the end of 2022, in particular for Bulgaria and Slovakia.
