I obtained my BS in Psychology in 2009 from Truman State University. I then went on to obtain my MAE in Special Education in 2012. After teaching for a handful of years I completed my Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership with Northcentral University in 2018. I have worked in special education for 11 years which involves skills such as collecting and managing student data as well as developing modified curriculums to meet student needs. This also includes developing individualized education plans for students and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to meet student needs.
