Coach and train the team on Agile and Scrum Principles and Methodologies. Conduct Scrum Ceremonies (Daily Scrum Standup, Retrospective, Sprint Planning and Sprint Review). Monitor the progress of sprint and proactively identify the impediments and remove the blocks accordingly .Develop daily and monthly reports (metrics including Burndown Chart, Rolling Velocity Chart, Defect Count, etc.) and present it to Leadership team.
