Architected design that uses common code base, pluggable region-specific business logic, optimized for low latency and high volume processing. Recruited, trained and directed a highly skilled team of developers in US, UK, Japan and Hong Kong to expedite the delivery of the product in “round the clock” and “follow the sun” development paradigms. Lead implementation and hands on development of an equities order management system for sales and position traders. Consulted with business users, gathered requirements, and designed a system that fully implements object-oriented principles, capitalizes on several design patterns and is highly modular and scalable.
