Product Owner Accountability: 1) Regularly interact with stakeholders (Business Users/Clients, Change Agents) to lay the product roadmap and create the product backlog. 2) Identify opportunities for savings within the product through waste eliminations and recommend roadmaps to eliminate waste. 3) Create user stories, refine them with the team and order the product backlog based on the priorities, dependencies, value involved and other empirical criteria. 4) Assist the team to plan the sprints, arrive at the sprint goals. 5) Guide the teams with any testing related activities of scenario identification, planning and execution6) Ensure quality of increment through Sprint Reviews.
