Develop process for End Of Line, included Dam/Silicone Dispense process, Testing, Substrate Dicing / Sawing process, product packaging, laser marking process.2. Sourcing, set-up, buy-off and release of new process equipments for Subcon.3. Optimize process parameters to maximize yield, output and minimize equipments' downtime.4. Review Process FMEA and Control Plan with subcon periodically to ensure the documentation is always up to date.5. Provide continuous technical support to subcon process engieer.6. Develop Soraa own semi-auto LED tester; which involve 3-axis motor automation, and multiple IO Control, Instrument System CAS140CT and Keithley 2425 Source Meter.7. Continuous improvement project on tester to meet subcon requirement in term of UPH and cost.8. Responsible on the test calibration, coverage, accuracy of test (especially in optical field).
