Coordinate exceptional learning and dining experiences at Barton Springs Mill. Dedicated to educating the public about their local mill, and what it means to revitalize Texas' regional grain economy through organic & regenerative farming practices.

Oversaw all operations of 7 downtown locations. Maintained healthy and profitable business, trained and hired management for all 7 locations, and oversaw hiring region-wide through challenging circumstances. Worked alongside the HQ Shop Operations team to ensure successful change management and promote employee retention, while growing sales at all locations.

Assist with daily activities, research collaboration with the National Domestic Worker's Alliance, Social Media Upkeep, and Graphic Design for promotional and research materials. Assist in producing interim reports and proposals for grants.

Conducted field work and community-based research in El Paso and at a community center in San Elizario, Texas. Investigated the intersections between volunteerism in the non-profit sector, neoliberal structuring and discourse in the non-profit sector, gender, immigrant communities, race/ethnicity, and border issues. Ongoing research and analysis, manuscripts forthcoming. Conducted through a fellowship from the Stanford University Haas Center for Public Service.

Responsible for screening films and managing reference materials for a freshman-level introductory seminar in the Anthropology Department.

Working between the Dean's office for Humanities & Sciences and the BEAM Center for Career Development to build a database and list of current alumni positions and occupations for future use by prospective students and students curious about job possibilities in future.
