It had a 500 million annual run rate with 150 remote offices‣ Through my direction, technology became our core asset — a technology company specializing in staffing.‣ I led an initiative which saved the company nearly 2 million dollars in annual expense through custom software development.‣ I directed and succeeded in an effort to rewrite, modernize, and extend the antiquated software which ran the entire company.‣ I expanded our website to include —‣ Customer Relations Management: allowing our clients to create orders, approve invoices, and run reports.Because of this, we won many new clients and improved customer retention.‣ Self-service Employee Portal: managed all parts of on boarding including eVerify, W4, I9, and direct deposit. Employees could see assignments, past pay stubs and W2s.‣ Implemented Oracle Enterprise Financial Applications and integrated it with our ERP system.
