As a manager of the Student Advisor program, I oversee a team of Student Advisors across the United States.Additional responsibilities include:-Interview, hire, and manage a team of 30 Student Brand Ambassadors at universities in New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Ontario, & Quebec.-Interview, hire, and manage a team of 30-40 Student Advisors across the United States, from Oregon to Florida.-Create training plan for Student Advisors.-Identify management opportunities to develop employees individually and as a team.-Co-create and support Senior Council, a specialized program to further develop Student Brand Ambassadors.-Implement new processes and opportunities to improve the Student Advisor program and overall experience.-Implement trainings and events catering specifically to our Canadian audience.-Work cross-functionally with Grad Program Managers across North America to ensure an excellent customer experience.
