Kelly Soligon is a global executive driving multimillion-dollar revenue and market growth for B2C and B2B businesses. For over 20 years, she has built foundational sales, marketing, customer, and ecommerce strategies for Microsoft, leveraging strategic planning and customer insights to help the business expand by more than 10X.Kelly is currently the Vice President of Digital Directs Sales for Microsoft’s Consumer Sales organization. . In this role, she is responsible for the global direct-to-consumer channel, encompassing both ecommerce and brick and mortar retail. Her remit includes all aspects of sales, marketing, customer experience, operations, and engineering partnership. Her mission is to help consumers discover, buy, and love Microsoft’s consumer products through outstanding ecommerce and retail experiences.As digital and ecommerce ecosystems evolve, Kelly identifies new growth and revenue opportunities and consistently incorporates innovation to propel sales in increasingly competitive categories. She is 2023 Fellow of The Marketing Academy, a McKinsey sponsored leadership program that prepares marketing executives for broader business roles.
