Working with teams of architects, contractors and city officials, I chaired regular meetings, encouraging sessions of round table discussions to co-ordinate design and flag and remove potential road blocks. Contract Administration. Regular site presence overseeing construction and helped coordinate trades and other duties such as RFI’s, Change Orders and site reviews. Prepared monthly reports outlining updates for key parties; clients, contractors, trades, city officials and team members. This information was then used as reference points to measure the status of specific milestones. Safety. Focused on site and personnel safety and had a zero incident count on all projects.
