With over 20 years of experience in human resources, I am a passionate and strategic leader who drives organizational excellence and employee engagement. As the Human Resources Executive at FCBI Fund, I oversee all aspects of human resources management, including benefits, compensation, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance, while partnering with senior leadership and stakeholders to align human resources goals and initiatives with the fund's vision and mission. In addition, I also leverage my expertise in employee benefits to design and implement innovative and competitive programs that attract and retain top talent, while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Prior to joining FCBI Fund, I was the Vice President of Human Resources at NXTsoft, where I led the human resources integration and transformation after the acquisition of CCMC. I have held other key strategic HR roles while gaining valuable experience in different industries and sectors, such as technology, consulting, DOD, and engineering. Currently, I hold my Professional Human Resources (PHR) by the HR Certification Institute, and a bachelor's degree in business management.
