About Koertney Spears

I started my technology career at a small Internet provider in Placer County, CA while still in High School. Over the last 24 years, I have worked as a technical support representative for one of the largest Cable MSOs, an IT Manager for an Internet Start-up, and other technology-related positions. I originally joined Infinium Communications as a Carrier Services Administrator in 2011 and as of June 2021, have taken on the role of Customer Experience Manager.My main goal is to make every client’s interaction with Infinium positive and memorable by ensuring we have solid back-end processes to help make things run smoothly. I understand the frustrations of dealing with carriers & service providers directly and am constantly searching for new ways to make handling Carrier Services easier and headache-free.
