I’m passionate about the Private Equity industry and creating value for my clients - whether that’s working with a portfolio company executive as they transition into a new role, organizing a roundtable for PE executives to learn about industry topics and network, or leading strategy sessions for clients tackling organizational challenges. With a background in management consulting, I flex my time across functions and teams, with a focus on the talent experience and helping people and teams thrive. Outside my client work, I play a role on our US Private Equity leadership team, driving programming for women in Private Equity and Deloitte’s marketplace initiatives. Outside work, I’m proud to serve as a board director for The Cove, a CT-based non-profit which supports children and their families throughout the grieving process.
