I take care of patients that are passing away and assist them with hygiene and feeding needs.

I helped people on an assisted living unit. I helped them with hygiene needs, feeding of meals, activities within the community, and transferring of patients from one area to another.

As a Nursing Assistant, I make sure that the patients are bathed properly, Transferred safely,Make sure the residents eat and get their meals on time,Take the residents to and from activities and meals, and provide companionship when needed as well

I made sure that the patients did not harm themselves or anyone else. Provided one on one attention with the patients as needed. Had group and one on one sessions with the patients to help them understand and work through the problems the patients were having. Mointored acitivities that the patients were involved in, and helped to make sure they got their.

I went into patients homes to help them with activities of daily living. These activities would include Bathing, Preparing and serving meals, Making sure the patients moved about the house in a safe manner, Administering medications when needed, Performing housework, and Running errands such as going to the grocery store or post office.
