I enjoy helping leaders and teams to achieve goal clarity and to evolve strategies, build teams and execution plans to achieve them. Most recently I've been working with early-stage and mid-market firms in the US Midwest evolve and execute their marketing strategies. Businesses I've consulted with range from consumer auto accessories, custom software development, document management, indoor positioning, prescription delivery to scientific image processing. In 2014, I bootstrapped a mobile gaming startup where my partners and I shipped three casual-strategy mobile games. With less than a $1500 ad spend, we achieved over 30,000 installs of our games—two of which were featured by Apple – Featured in Best New Word Games and All Time Greats Word List. Previously I led the National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN) as Executive Director, actively promoting entrepreneurship across 400 campuses in India. Responsible for strategic direction setting, fund-raising, partnership development and operational delivery at NEN. Our focus was on building institutional capacity for entrepreneur support and a robust ecosystem for early stage entrepreneurs. Over the last 15 years, I've built and managed teams in the US and India from bootstrap through exit - including my first startup, Impulsesoft that grew to be the global leader in Bluetooth stereo technology and a $150M electronic design automation (EDA) product. The culture of companies and the growth of entrepreneurial business are areas of special interest to me.I've been a columnist at the Wall Street Journal, Mint & Hindu Business Line and my writing has appeared in Forbes, Outlook Business and YourStory.
