As Vice President of Strategy my primary role will be to work on key strategic initiatives for the company to help our members have “best in breed” offerings from our business relationships. In addition, I will keep my ear to the ground to identify emerging trends in residential real estate to help our company and agents continue to be at the forefront of the industry in serving clients, generating profits and enjoying this amazing career being a Realtor.

Keith is CSO of Prosper Marketing, a marketing company that works with mortgage banks. In his position, he is solely responsible for planning and executing strategic initiatives for both companies. With a proven track record and much success, he is a highly sought after national real estate and business trainer who has worked with all types of companies from startups to fortune 500 companies across the country. In May 2010, Keith began a new opportunity as COO of Better Homes and Gardens Mason-McDuffie, the 19th largest residential real estate services firm in the nation. He was responsible for the daily operations of the company, driving performance measures and paying acute attention to growth, technology and continuing to build a world class real estate company. In 2003, Keith took over as NorthPoint's, vice president of sales. Helping to build, develop and motivate their independent contractor sales organization. NorthPoint is a leading investment and financial advisory firm helping clients build wealth through intelligent real estate investing. In January 2008, Keith worked closely with the founders of SmartZip, Inc. and was a contributor from the beginning as the company grew. SmartZip's vision incorporates over 50 years of combined real estate investment experience, innovative Internet marketing and proven stock and bond rating algorithms. Earlier in his career, Keith was a leader with Keller Williams Realty in Northern California and was involved with the successful launches of three offices for the company in four years. He started in the real estate business with Red Oak Realty in Berkeley California, his home town. Keith has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Missouri Southern. Keith has been in and around the real estate industry in various capacities with an acute focus on developing salespeople and leaders.
