With over 20-years of experience in the network engineering and management, I am a veteran technical manager and senior network engineer with a broad range of skills and knowledge across multiple networking platforms, protocols, and technologies. I have an B.S. in Computer Science and have certifications in CCNP and JNCIA, demonstrating my commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Most recently, I led and managed an IP Network Operations team at Windstream, a national-scale ISP providing internet and voice services. My team was responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing the Core Data Network that utilizes various vendors' hardware, such as Cisco, Juniper, and Alcatel. I also trained, mentored, and supervised other network technicians and analysts, and provided cross-team collaboration and support. I am passionate about delivering world-class, customer-oriented business services and ensuring network reliability and performance.
