I began working at Intiman Theatre as the Ticketing Services Manager in April 2004. I held that position until November of 2006 when I shifted my focus to subscriptions until December 2007. At that time I became the Patron Relations & Tessitura Manager working for ticketing, marketing and development along with managing the database for the company. In 2009 I moved into the role of Tessitura Manager. This position was responsible for the upkeep of the database holding all information for the patrons of the theatre. My job is to help with training employees, implementing new ideas and system updates. The system is run on a SQL platform and is highly customizable.

Started working at Hartford Stage as the Assistant Box Office Manager, then transitioned to Subscriptions Manager and Box Office Manager before my final position as Director of Customer & Ticketing Services. Responsible for all Box Office Manager duties as well as supervisor for Front of House. Supervise the Box Office staff, Subscriptions Manager, House Operations Manager and Assistant House Manager. Implement and create inventory methods for Front of House and coordinate all financial reports for Front of House and Box Office.
