In my current role, I am an Artwork Specialist at Procter and Gamble in the Oral Care category. My main responsibilities center around project management and I work in Europe's largest Service Network Hub in Warsaw, Poland. My previous role was as a Production Specialist where I planned the production of intermediate goods for the dentifrice and denture European scope, as well as a portion of finished goods for the denture scope. My education background includes a Strategic Management Masters from Kozminski University, through which I also completed an Erasmus semester at Catolica Lisbon School of Business and Economics and I completed my Bachelor Degree at University of Calgary, Canada in International Business.I am fascinated by cross-cultural relationships in business and their interactions. I am also interested in the linguistics of advertising and broader marketing topics, specifically regarding the promotional side of marketing. My goal is to build a career in an international company by pursuing my passion for intercultural business and advertising. I am a co-winner of the 2018 CTIE Best Entrepreneurship Project Award awarded by Catolica Lisbon School of Business and Economics. I am continually building my leadership skills by having attended events such as the University of Calgary CCAL (Canadian Centre for Advanced Leadership) Leadership retreat and the Born to Lead / Women in Business conference in 2015. I also participated in the X-Culture Project in 2016 where I worked in an international virtual team of other students over 2 months to complete a business proposal. Through my personal and academic travels, I have come into contact with a vast number of cultures and people. I am a bilingual native speaker of Polish and English and I am interested in learning Spanish. When traveling, I always find myself drawn to visiting culturally rich sites that fuel my interests and allow me to soak up the history and culture. September to December 2017, I lived abroad in Lisbon, Portugal and got to immerse myself completely in a different culture while exploring its beauty. In my spare time I practice art, whether it is in the form of painting, mixed media, or sculpting. In the past, I have donated my work to fundraisers, as well as sold commissioned pieces. I sometimes work as a freelancing English tutor and consultant.
