Resolve numerous wide area network, routing and firewall rule issues for a variety of internal/external customers in a timely manner. Actively monitor and review security logs to mitigate risk and analyze security breaches. Provide centralized support in installation, optimization, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Enterprise network connectivity and computer systems that cross geographic and agency boundaries. Coordinate resolution of threat removal with internal and external customers and technical staff.
