Security is important to me. Everyone should be able to have that in their lives. One aspect that security provides to people is trust. Trust to know that their space is secure; virtual or otherwise. With that trust, it gives people the ability to thrive and grow, instead of worry. That passion to add more trust into the world, is something I carry with me to any organization. In any role, I want to be of service to the team. That looks like sharing my experience and knowledge with others, while being available to grow from the interactions we share. To accomplish this, I want to continue to strengthen our relationships within the team and through all our external interaction with others. Operating with an open-mind, that is constantly learning and growing with each interaction through transparency and direct communication, is a value that I embody and promote within an organization. This means owning our word and working to create an environment that allows people to isolate/identify solutions in the most impactful way to add value and reduce risks to the environments and people we protect
