I love my career as an employee / labor relations leader and am interested in strategic and deeply human relationship building, collective bargaining and negotiations, employment law, mediation, organizational development, financial and data analysis, strategy development / implementation, and transformative culture-building through sound processes.Taking a true enjoyment in problem-solving and identifying common vision, I gravitate toward developing strategic approaches to challenges that face both business leaders and individual contributors.
