As a sergeant serving in the U.S. Army, I have gotten the opportunity to be an exceptional leader to a group of lower enlisted soldiers. As a lower enlisted soldier, I was met with difficulties with leadership skills and swore an oath that once I was bestowed with the honor of being a leader that I would ensure that my soldiers were given great leadership from me through team and confidence building exercises.
