Switzerland`s leading collaborative space dedicated to Educational Technologies, the Swiss EdTech Collider is home to startups, companies and entrepreneurs aspiring to transform learning and education. Located at the very centre of Swiss digital learning innovation on the EPFL campus in Lausanne, the Swiss EdTech Collider supports ambitious, forward-thinking projects through peer learning, office hours and community events. Under my leadership Swiss EdTech Collider grew from 30 to 60 startup companies (members). 1. End-to-end organisation of the StartInnov workshops (educational content, sponsorship, marketing, communications, participant management, recruitment of volunteers, coaches & judges). StartInnov is a free 1-day workshop that gives the participants an opportunity to turn their idea into a business plan. StartInnov inspired several entrepreneurs to create their own venture. 2. In charge of recruitment of startups, judges & experts for the 1st edition of the MassChallenge Switzerland (most start-up friendly accelerator in the world). In 3 months we have secured 200 judges and experts for the startup selection. Developed and implemented marketing strategy that resulted in 450 applications from international startups in 6 weeks (PR, communication, social media, marketing partnerships, events, community building, investor liaison). Recruited and managed a marketing team of 12 volunteers located internationally. 3. In charge of the 1st edition of Debiopharm Inartis Challenge (marketing, communications, pre-selection of the submitted projects, coaching & follow-up with the finalists) 4. End-to-end organisation of monthly C-suite conferences series for C-level executives organised in collaboration with Biopole and EY. Responsible for the concept & content of each event, speakers recruitment, marketing & communication, participant management & overall event's logistics. 5. Fundraising/sales for the Health Valley Map 6. Organised the 1st edition of the international Scientific pitching competition Famelab in Lausanne together with BSNL. 7. Organised the first ever Science Hackathon in Lausanne with 40+ participants & 6 innovative projects (fundraising, volunteer recruitment, partnerships curation, PR & communication, participant's management). 8.
