I was Director in A&M's North American Corporate Restructuring practice. Based in Atlanta, I worked with companies and their lenders to improve operations, manage liquidity, develop and validate business plans, and restructure balance sheets. I worked on companies with annual revenues ranging from $25mm to $3bn; in industries as diverse as semiconductors, healthcare, real estate, construction, racing & gaming, restaurants, and agriculture; and for lenders with exposures of $20mm - $300mm. Representative engagements included:* Advised the senior lenders to a $300mm revenue dairy farm.* Advised the first lien lenders of a 125-store chain of casual dining restaurants.* Created a partnership strategy for a $100mm children's hospital.* Assisted drafting an expert report and supported related expert testimony on behalf of a senior lender against attempted equitable subordination of its secured claim by the Unsecured Creditor Committee of a Ch. 11 debtor.* Advised the American operations of a $3bn global semiconductor manufacturer during its Ch. 11 bankruptcy proceeding.* Advised a $50mm ready-mix concrete company in negotiations with its secured lenders.* Served as Assistant Vice President to a startup hospital which successfully earned its license to operate from the state of Georgia and received accreditation from the Joint Commission.* Advised the senior lender to a $50mm hardwood grade lumber and flooring producer.* Advised a $600mm public hospital, co-authored a restructuring plan and supported a team member who served as Interim CFO.

I was a Senior Consultant with the Finance, Insurance & Claims practice. In that role, my primary focus was providing support for testifying expert witnesses as to the allocation of product liability claims to insurance policies. My clients included several Fortune 500 companies in the chemicals, insurance, and paper products industries.
