- I manage webcast production for six business areas, producing at least 60 live eventsannually and reaching 50,000+ total audience members. In my five years as a webcast producer, I've worked on events ranging from a handful of participants to over 10,000 audience members. - When I joined the Association as a producer, we were using a very simple ON24 audience console design. I spearheaded a comprehensive, branded redesign of the audience ON24 experience,including email templates, registration page, and audience console, resulting inimproved user experience and engagement. This design is being used for all our rebroadcast and live events and will be seen by at least 1,000,000 attendees in 2024.-I work with my business owners and speakers on the strategic implementation of pollingand pulse checks, fostering active participation and gathering valuable insights from our audience that can be used for actionable improvements to future events.-Our audience has been listening to the same music since at least 2018 while waiting for the webcast to begin. I have enhanced the pre-event experience by creating a video loop highlightingcertificate programs and educational products, leading to increased awarenessof the educational products offered by the Association.-As a video producer, my two favorite projects to date have been the AICPA Member DiscountProgram video (https://www.aicpa-cima.com/resources/landing/aicpa-member-discount-program) and the CPExpress Explainer video (https://youtu.be/QtOJ-2llnOY?feature=shared). I was heavily involved in the scriptwriting process for these videos and developed the conceptual framework for both. With the Member Discount program, the client wanted something fresh and evergreen, which was achieved with the use of origami. For the Explainer video, I worked with a motion graphics designer and interwove his work with stock footage. The final long video was then used to create four shorter ones for email and social media campaigns.

• Produced over 120 technical enablement events per year which provided necessary education to more than 1,000 L1 support engineers whose mission it was to support IBM Security products.• Conducted quarterly interlock meetings between development, support teams, and key stakeholders for each product, proactively identifying educational gaps, clearly communicating identified issues back to the teams, and ensuring that for each pain point a plan of action was put in place so issues were either resolved or actively worked during the educational development process.• Developed Excel project tracking spreadsheet ensuring that all tasks required to produce and deliver education were completed on schedule.• Grew attendance and participation by the support community at technical enablement events by 25% over a 6 month period by leveraging newsletters, public education calendars, and Slack to promote events.• Trained over 100 presenters on best practices for presenting to a worldwide audience using WebEx or Blackboard.• Facilitated and moderated live on-line education to international audiences of 20 or more support engineers by multiple presenters, ensuring that both oral and written questions from the audience were addressed by the presenters and complex issues were scheduled for deeper dives.• Analyzed and presented to management on a quarterly basis qualitative and quantitative survey data from post-training satisfaction surveys using advanced Excel which showed program growth and performance year-over-year.

Marketing Communications Data AnalystIBM Corporation / Manpower Contract 2002 - 2013Created built and published suite of weekly Marketing reports to a worldwide audience of Sales and Marketing Professionals providing them with the measurements they needed to run IBM’s marketing programs with primary focus on the GTS and GBS Business Lines.• Gathered reporting requirements from Marketing Segment Managers (MSMs) and Marketing Communications Operations (MCOs) Analysts and developed meaningful measurements which were used worldwide for analyzing marketing programs run by GTS and GBS.• Leveraged Brio and Excel data mining skills to extract detailed information from sales and marketing databases and packaging it for use in deep dives which identified root causes of marketing program performance.• Constantly solicited feedback from the worldwide user community to ensure that the reports being produced were meeting their needs and were easily understood.• Oversaw the publication of all Marketing Communications reports to a single repository, communicating weekly report availability to the worldwide community and managing the access to the repository.
