Workplace Health Coordinator
CurrentOverviewCoordinate the Kent and Medway Healthy Workplaces Programme and use employer data to support a portfolio of 75 participating organisations to agree a workplace wellbeing strategy in line with the Kent and Medway Workplace Wellbeing Award’s Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Platinum award level.Key Responsibilities• Analyse employer turnover and absence data, implement a staff wellbeing survey and organise employee feedback interviews to assess client’s employee population health and wellbeing needs• Design, deliver, and evaluate an annual calendar of wellbeing initiatives-including physical activity challenges, employee wellbeing webinars, employer wellbeing seminars, and delivery of half-day Connect 5 Menta Health Awareness training courses- to increase employee health behaviours and employee engagement• Develop, coordinate, and market annual health and wellbeing resources and communications in line with employee engagement plans and national health campaigns-such as Stoptober, Mental Health Awareness week, Menopause Awareness month, Diabetes Prevention Week-for a range of employee audiences, as well as for physical and virtual environments• Develop and build relationships with external partners to execute elements of a client’s workplace wellbeing strategy such as coordination and delivery of biometric events (NHS Health Checks/Health Kiosks) to improve employee health and resilienceKey Achievements/Projects• Developed, managed, and evaluated ‘Best Me in 45’-an employee wellbeing webinar series which delivered trainings on resilience, physical activity, financial wellbeing, musculoskeletal health, sleep, and healthy eating to over 1,000 participants representing 36 organisations in attendance• Coordinated and delivered Connect 5 Mental Health Awareness trainings to over 150 champions to develop their champions’ skillset and expand their network across locations and departments; designed and evaluated satisfaction and impact of training intervention
