As a Children's Ski Instructor, I taught skiing to children of various ages and skill levels, creating a safe and engaging learning environment. I also collaborated with fellow instructors to design and implement lesson plans tailored to individual and group needs. This role enhanced my communication and interpersonal skills as I connected with children, parents, and team members in dynamic, fast-paced conditions. I also gained valuable leadership experience by managing groups, ensuring safety, and effectively navigating high-pressure situations on the mountain. Adapting to a unique and challenging work environment helped me build resilience and strong problem-solving abilities.
