In an effort to create a seamless flow of design and project management from conception to completion of the structure, I was responsible for the composition of all written communications, contracts, emails etc. to clients, outside consultants, engineers, contractors etc. to ensure communication between all parties involved, and provide customer service. I was responsible for the creation of educational client information packets, questionnaires and advertising. Also, for completion of documentation and forms for the numerous Government Agencies, fire and water districts etc. involved in the permitting process for our five local counties. I helped to measure, photograph & sketch existing structures for use in the creation of graphic communications ('As Built' drawings) through the use of AutoCAD software. I maintained, & archived accurate records, and filing systems, created, and implemented new phone log documentation system, created check lists, and tracked onsite construction progress. I performed online research for various fixtures, appliances etc. to be used in any given project, and created 'cut sheet books' of all for each trade involved, as well as for the client. I created color boards of recommended finish items and colors, to assist in client decision making, and for use in seeking agency approvals. I reported necessary information to 'Paychex' Payroll Company for our employees, and assisted with invoicing of clients, as well as the business owner's personal bills, travel and other arrangements, etc. Kept employees, and others on track through the use of scheduling, frequently checking progress and updating detailed progress reports.
