There are also two personal achievements that harness my strengths in innovation and leadership:1) I was the Chair and President of the largest youth sports organization in the state of Virginia. I grew the program in player registrations, revenue and fundraising. Most notable was the project that built the lighted/turfed sports facility. I shared my vision with the board on Day 1 to have the organization be recognized on the US soccer map and that was achieved with club winning its first National Championship.2) Granted a USPTO Patent through the innovative design of a unique sports tool for cross country runners. This was achieved through multiple iterations and the commitment to achieve the final goal of obtaining the patent.
