As the lead web designer at one of the largest website hosting companies in the US, I played a crucial role in the daily operations and maintenance of the online sales channel. My responsibilities included driving performance improvements, implementing affiliate marketing initiatives, and conducting search engine optimization (SEO) to enhance website.

During my tenure at Definition 6, I held roles of Assistant Creative Director and Principal, Small Business, making significant contributions to the company's success.As the Assistant Creative Director from April 1999 to November 2004, my expertise in usability and human factors design allowed me to excel in various projects, including B2B, B2C, intranet.
