Account Manager
Current- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
- Actively engage with key decision-makers to identify customer requirements and uncover roadblocks to ensure on-time commitments;
- Develop new business deals with customers leading the full and complex sales cycle from identifying customer’s needs to signing contracts in collaboration with support, product, legal, and finance teams throughout the.
- Run discovery calls, product demo calls, feedback calls, and commercial proposal presentation calls to ensure active engagement, clear and transparent steps for customers throughout deals;
- Own, drive, and lead the renewals process (negotiate and execute renewal contracts) for all assigned accounts, in collaboration with the success team to preserve and enhance customer contracts and relationships;
- Discover and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities within the customers base and upon contract renewal to maximize customers growth;
