WebPT doubled their workforce in two years and moved to a fully remote model. I am now on the ground floor advocating for 800+ employees, setting a tone of respect, and making hard calls related to day-to-day and strategic issues. I provide a high level of service in benefits administration, training, performance management, policies, and compliance in addition to strategic planning and employee engagement. ► Successfully supported all departments during my tenure including Revenue Cycle Management, Onboarding, Support, PMO-Salesforce teams and Engineering.► I successfully programmed open enrollment for over 800 employees across 38 states. The employees have appreciated the digital experience, including a new streamlined FSA enrollment.► I rolled out SPSL for California employees in both 2021 and 2022, including employee messaging and programming the benefits process to comply with California. No one went without pay. No one was laid off. ► The new annual Focal Review system was introduced without errors and has high ratings by the employees. I owned the process, including building the background data set and collaborating with the Finance and the Communications teams on the strategy, rollout, and on-point messaging.

In March 2020, when everyone picked up their computers and went home, my work heated up. I helped the vast majority of our employees transition to a permanent remote environment. By working closely with Payroll, the providers, and the employees, our workforce was well supported. ► As our employees relocated to a myriad of cities, I was suddenly covering benefits for employees in 38 states instead of 9. I worked closely with our providers to make this change as seamless as possible. ► I was a strong HR Business Partner in addition to Benefits Administration. I trained, coached, and guided managers and employees to reach professional and personal goals. It has been challenging and very rewarding.
