I am a proud alum from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelors in Hospitality. While I started my career in the food service and theme park industry, I’ve spent years moving into other job sectors expanding my client facing expertise along the way. I'm a well-rounded person with job experiences in the fields of Technology/CRM Training, Customer Service, Data Entry, as well as Law. I have gained an exponential amount of knowledge in improving processes while maintaining overall client satisfaction in every job that I have worked in. While the sectors may vary greatly, at the core “people” are always my priority. Making an improvement on someone’s day or connecting them to the right path has and will always be the huge motivational factor to get me through the days. No matter where I go, I’m always known as the “go to” person. The person who knows the answer (or at the very least is willing to spend time hunting it down); someone willing to offer some positivity or at least a warm smile to try to cheer them up; the person who is consistently reliable in problem solving and truly listening to whatever concerns are at hand. My main focus over the last few years has been in training users on how to use technology to their advantage for client retention, prospecting, or even assist with improving internal communication. While all of my clients have been able to walk away with a profound new knowledge, they are never hesitant to reach out to me with questions as the industry continues to evolve. When I am not helping a new user discover the power of technology, you can find me traveling to as many new places as possible (COVID obviously has put quite a bit of dream locations on hold), reading a book, getting some laps in at the pool, or spending as much time as I physically can being the best “Auntie KT” my niece and 3 nephews can get.
