• Manage and maintain records, reports and documents essential to regional operations• Utilize Word and Excel skills to develop, produce, and file reports by location and/or staff• Act as a liaison between locations and regional office • Organize programs, events, meetings or conferences by arranging facilities and travel.• Approve, order and stock office supplies from online vendor• Assist, Approve, and Process End of the Month reports. i.e. Expense Reports, Mileage Reports, Billing, Transportation Mileage• Enter Invoices, Print, and Review Aging in Great Plains• Track Buses and create reports using Synovia GPS System to reduce pollution and cost
