I joined the team at Goodale & Barbieri in 2022 as a Commercial Broker & Leasing Manager! G&B is the Inland Northwest's leading commercial real estate, development, and property management firm. Established in 1937, G&B is now one of the largest developers and managers in the Inland Northwest with projects in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana totaling over 6.25 million square feet of retail, office, and medical space. I began my career in Real Estate in February of 2021. During my first year of residential, single-family home sales, I was able to help multiple families reach their real estate goals of buying, selling, and investing! Working with mostly buyers in a seller's market, I am proud to say that I closed over $4 Million (Top Producer) in transactions during that first year! Why does that matter? Because I get RESULTS for my clients!Prior to starting my career in Real Estate, I had the privilege of working as the Director of Development at my daughters' Catholic school. I worked with an amazing community of volunteers to grow their fundraising efforts by nearly 3x over the course of my 6 years there. For those who don't know, as a Development Director at a small Catholic school, I was a one-woman show! Handling not only all of the fundraising and events but all the Public Relations, marketing, social media, and any other day-to-day task that would lead to the continued growth of our community. It was a lot, but I loved knowing that I was helping to support a mission that is so near and dear to my heart! I started my career at KREM2, the local CBS affiliate news station. I spent my first year and a half as the Research Director analyzing qualitative and quantitative market data to help our advertisers successfully grow their businesses. I moved into Digital Sales & Marketing where I spent the next 8 years focusing my career on delivering the best possible experience for online marketers and utilized industry-leading technology to deliver on campaign objectives. I was one of the top Digital Account Executives in our national corporation! I am a lover of all things athletic, most specifically volleyball! When I'm not working, you’ll find me hosting fan-tabulous living room dance parties with my three beautiful daughters and amazing husband!
