There, I established the Total Cost of Real Estate (TCORE) investment baseline, led the integration of four studio acquisitions, and optimized EA’s global real estate portfolio, generating $50M in operational savings. My work in corporate real estate has spanned managing $225M in OpEx and $100M in CapEx, with oversight of over 60 unique and diverse global locations.I’ve also held senior leadership roles at Estee Lauder, Comcast/NBCUniversal, and Siemens, where I led high-impact real estate transformations, managed multi-billion-dollar assets, and redefined risk management functions into strategic business drivers.
