I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in both Utah and California having received my Masters in Social Welfare from the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs and my Bachelors in Psychology from UC San Diego. Currently, I work as a therapist at Peace of Mind Wellness and Family Counseling as well as run my own private practice. I have experience working in Residential Treatment, Child Welfare Services as well as Foster Care and Adoption. I am familiar with the Teaching Family Model, skills based interventions, processing difficulties, as well as evidence and relationship based treatment. In addition, I have specialized training in various neurodevelopmental disabilities from a fellowship I completed with UCLA Medical School. I am trained in an array of modalities including but not limited to, solution focused therapy, crisis intervention, motivational interviewing, structural family therapy, trauma systems therapy, TF-CBT, EMDR and group therapy. My passions include the intersection of trauma and attachment as well as their neurobiological impact. I love to learn and am always seeking new ways to improve my clinical practice
