 Sort and distribute incoming mail to areas and staff within the organization and dispatch outgoing mail. Write business letters, reports or office memos using word processing programmes. Answer telephone inquiries from customers, attend to visitors and assist other staff in the organization with their enquiries. Operate a range of office machines such as photocopiers, computers and faxes file papers and documents. Undertake other duties such as banking, credit control or payroll functions. Perform general clerical duties. Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, company credit cards and office keys. Support staff in assigned project based work. Provide office orientation to the new employee. Handling office documentation. Taking care of the travel arrangements and guest accommodation. Dealing with the client and arranging their appointment with the concern person. Organizing the office, ordering the office supplies, managing customers and running the office smoothly.

 Providing superior service to the customers (internal and external) at all times. Take and assess guest complaints, comments and special request and work to resolve the situation and direct them to appropriate person or department for the resolution. Accurately answer guest question and provide them with a verity of information relating to services, products, special items, resort conditions, special events etc. Handle all situations in a professional calm and courteous manner. Received log and issue lost and found items. Perform other tasks as assigned. Keeping the record of all incidents and escalating to the seniors.
