Prepared all required official documents (letters, reports, meeting minutes, etc.) and scheduled meetings, including in-person and via Zoom. I worked alongside the Secretary-General and had the chance to network with various professionals across the industry (architects, engineers, town planners) for corporate events and gained various insights into current issues globally. I was also fortunate to attend the 28th EAROPH World Congress in Surabaya, Indonesia as the Executive Secretary and help organize the event with the team.

Produced CAD drawings (plans, sections, elevations, and 3D drawings) for 2 temple projects and one residential project in Kuala Lumpur. Also had the opportunity to network with clients, attend company meetings, go for site visits and assist in authority submissions for the projects.

Assisted in producing architectural drawings for company projects.

Mentored by Simon Marlin on the insights of an architectural practise, most recent projects and the industry.Discussed architectural projects such as the Port Baku Tower in Azerbaijan and Kampus, Manchester based on design, environmental efficiency and technical details.

Assisted in food preparation, packaging, taking orders, delivery and customer service. Worked alongside a great team in delivering customer needs with satisfaction.

Assisted in handling paperwork, filling and organizational work. Also produced important official documents such as official client letters, cost estimates, project reports, including project submission documents for authorities. I was also responsible for scheduling company meetings, picking up calls and scheduling job interviews for the company.
