With over eight years of experience in instructional design and technology, I am dedicated to enhancing the quality and effectiveness of online learning and training. In my role as L&D Supervisor, I lead a team focused on supporting learners in the design, development, and delivery of innovative CBTs. I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Education degree in Educational and Organizational Leadership and hold multiple certifications in online course improvement, data analysis, and instructional design.
