About Kagem Tibaijuka Shayo

I am dedicated, focused and driven business executive who has created several companies across the years. One of my brands was featured in BBC Africa in 2016 and my other company was featured in African Business magazine a few years ago. Currently I am the founder and CEO of Imperial Drive, a digitally-driven marketing company that lives at the intersection of digital marketing, lead generation and content marketing. We help clients grow their businesses by sharing ideas and strategies that get them results. Imperial Drive also creates its' own internal products. What I am passionate about I am really inspired by how business can help young African women be successful. My key interests areas include helping more women to be successful entrepreneurs and raising the profile of digital marketing & lead generation in Africa. I am obsessed with beautifully made B2C & B2B products as well so learning more about product design & marketing is a key focus for me.
